This book is a lot better than Nevermore, the first Supernatural tv tie-in novel, was. That's not to say that Nevermore was bad, it wasn't, it's just that this one is more creepy and scary. Still, there's something lacking. This is the first time I've ever read a television series tie-in novel, so I'm not sure if this feeling is typical.

I thought this book was great, potential five star material, until I got just past half way. Then things began to feel convenient, and I was yanked out of the great story.

I will continue to read these books. If nothing else, they're just as fun to read as they are to watch.
